Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every AquaTheory product. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will make it right:

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Opened skincare and supplements are eligible for return only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and will be issued to your original form of payment.
